This trailer is in excellent condition with a couple of upgrades to add to the already well built, stylish, travel trailer.

There is an additional storage box mounted to the front frame. Currently it's being used to keep the sewer hose and adapters outside, leaving more room in the garage for other essentials. Vent covers have been added to the roof. The 18 foot awning has LED lighting and also factory outdoor speakers on camp side. The trailer is also solar equipped, and has electric or gas water heater. As you move inside you will notice the door glass has been replaced with smoke glass and window shade. Inside you will find a camp side dinette, front queen size bed with storage underneath. Theater seats that recline, heat, and massage. All of the windows have vertical cornaces added to the side to block out light and give you extra privacy at night. A nice touch. LED TV that swings out to be viewed from the bed. You will find a large amount of storage capacity throughout.

A residential faucet has been added to the bathroom sink, plenty of cabinet space in the bathroom as well and a porcelain toilet. Too many amenities to mention.

The trailer tows very well with our half ton pickup truck and is well balanced. We have taken exceptional care of this trailer since we bought it new. It is very clean inside and out. We have kept it under our carport when not being used. We have not needed to make any repairs to this reliable travel trailer.
