The 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage 40CBK is a spacious and luxurious travel trailer designed for comfortable long-term stays. With a focus on providing all the amenities of home, this model offers a beautifully appointed interior with high-end finishes and modern conveniences. The open floor plan includes a large living area with plush seating, a dining area, and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample storage space. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and plenty of wardrobe storage. The bathroom includes a spacious shower and modern fixtures with dual vanity and a combo washer/dryer installed. This model also includes two loft areas with double sleeping pads for the kids or extra storage space! For the colder months this model has a heated, enclosed underbelly and dual AC units for the warmer months! 3 Slides outs and all the space you need for a family!

This travel trailer was built new in September of 2024 and lived in from September to the end of December 2024 before being winterized. We used this camper temporarily while our next home was being built. Extra features were added to this model from factory, down below are those extras:
