lowered the price from $ 55,000 for a quick sale to a friendly buyer with no hassle. One RV reseller has offered $42,500 so please no more $15,000 +/- offers. I have most if not, all the original paperwork. My wife does not want me driving it anymore because of old age and health condition and as she says I am getting dumber. It has an upgraded high quality memory foam bed (custom built in the great state of Tennessee) better than any "Tempur-pedic" Ive ever slept on and we own four, new power steps, front power drop-down bed has a memory foam topper, new Michelin front tires although that was not necessary but I have a "hang up" about tires, two air conditioners, Onan generator runs great, sliding doors between main bedroom , new rearview and side monitor camera color display monitor, two flatscreen TVs, seats and couch/bed reupholstered, heavy duty tow package, sewer pipe with extra extension and 45 downspout, water hose, exterior mat, clear title, etc. It currently has a smaller round table at the pull out bed/couch area however I have the hardware to put two post supports for a larger table. Unfortunately, I had built a very nice walnut matching table that was broken by my spoiled rotten son. If you wish you may have it to put back together or I might do it if you real nice to me . It has been very well maintained. Purchased it from Ron Hover RV Katy (I would not recommend them based on my experience!). Runs great, just had it checked out by a great professional RV Mechanic (I would recommend him), upgraded the radio and other upgrades. Extra 50 foot 30/50 amp extension cord plus several adapters.

The awning shown in the picture is not included because it got blown off (some dummy forgot to bring it in during a windstorm in Red River, New Mexico). You can probably guess who that dummy was. I have not had time to replace it. It still has the electronics and sidewall hardware.
