This Monaco Executive is luxury personified. At 45’, actually 44’8”, this beautiful coach still has plenty of adventures left. Ten, outside the frame rails, air bags, (replaced last year) ensures a safe comfortable ride, while the adjustable tag axle, which also lifts automatically when desired, provides safety and stability.

The Monaco brand is synonymous with quality and craftsmanship, and the Executive model is no exception. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with upscale furnishings and modern conveniences. The layout is designed for comfort and functionality, with plenty of living space and storage options. Whether you're a full-time RVer or someone who enjoys taking extended vacations, the Monaco Executive is equipped to meet your needs. The kitchen features high-end appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. The living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests, with plush seating and a large TV.

We bought this coach in 2006 and have enjoyed it to its fullest. As we get older, our lives change and we must adapt. We have decided to become snowbirds and have purchased homes in two States which will allow us to enjoy beautiful weather year round. Sadly, we must part with this coach and allow another family to enjoy her as much as we have. This coach has many upgrades from when it was built, all the way from 40" televisions to residential fridge to GPS units and a new washer/dryer. It's powered by a reliable pre-DEF Cummins ISM diesel which has been serviced annually since purchased. Allison transmission, and a two speed engine brake. Part of last years service was to have the side radiators cleaned and serviced along with a complete fluid exchange. The tag axle provides extra stability in high winds and is adjustable as well as air liftable. I have a book with all service records and almost every item that was updated, upgraded and/or replaced. It has three large pass thru compartments with a manual full length slide tray. The door and side awnings are electric for convenience. It has an air leveling system consisting of a 10 outside the frame air bags which were replaced last year. There is an AquaHot water system which provides constant forever hot water for those long relaxing showers. A power cord reel, in and out, provides convenience and ease when hooking up in a campground. The coach comes with a water softening system and three water purification elements. Waste is handled via a macerator system with a bypass for grey water. Finally, there is an automatic roof antenna for easy access to your favorite TV shows. The coach is cooled and heated with three 15000 BTU heat pumps as well as the AquaHot furnace should the need arise. There's a 10,000 watt generator as well as solar panels to provide extra power when desired.

Inside, you'll find immaculate seats and two desks. One in the front and another in the bedroom. There is a jacknife sofa for additional sleeping arrangements and a leather recliner for the front desk. The table seats two normally with a leaf to expand it to four. Extra chairs and the leaf is in the rear closet. The large shower is separate from the toilet room with sinks in both areas. The original fridge was upgraded to a residential 19.5 cu ft bottom freezer unit. I installed a new washer/dryer this year. The bedroom desk is the larger of the two and easily will hold any computer items. The bedroom features an walk around queen size bed with nightstands. Under the bed is ample storage for additional bedding etc. It also comes with a whole house vacuum system for added convenience.
