No need for a gas generator, unless you want an additional external backup power source. A 100W rooftop solar panel plus four external 100W solar panels makes for 500W of solar power to keep two 200 Amp-hour Lithium Iron Phosphate deep cycle batteries charged and ready for the night and even a day or two (your wattage may vary, of course). Need AC with no hookups in sight? There's an onboard 3,500-WATT DC power inverter.
No need to deal with a nasty black tank, either! This is equipped with a 12-volt Laveo Dry-Flush cartridge toilet wired into the onboard 12V system. Approximately 16 flushes and you just toss the cartridge in the dumpster. This rig also includes over a half-dozen extra dry-flush cartridges.
There are only minor wear-and-tear items. This trailer looks great. I've replaced the black vinyl trim around the left and right outside edges. Trailer only has about 2,000 miles on it. See details/comments for all of the upgrades this trailer has.
All documentation for the trailer is included. We are the original owners of this trailer. It was manufactured in October of 2021. We took delivery of it in late 2021 in Prescott, AZ.

The interior decor (paint, color scheme, etc.) has not been changed, but we've upgraded or added some features:
Added a built-in, stainless steel, slide-out rack to the pantryAdded a flip-down coat rack has been affixed to the side of the pantry over the bedTwo LCD status or control panels have been affixed to the same wall (see more detailed upgrades/specifications above)Added two motion-activated LED floor lights: One in the bathroom and one in the kitchen areaAdded a small, removable accessory/phone shelf next to the bed attached to the back of the dining area seat (attached with magnets)Added a small convenience shelf high above the toilet with short walls to contain objects (like a tissue box, sprays, extra paper, etc.)The interior of the trailer has been kept at 85ºF during the summer by way of a portable air conditioning unit. Nobody has smoked inside the trailer and there have never been any pets or animals inside. It still smells like the factory (MDF and adhesives). There are a few minor scratches in the interior. A couple of the factory stickers have come off on the exterior and we've mostly removed the goo (and the dirt stuck to it), but not all of it.
