RV Description
This is the perfect RV for families! The great layout allows privacy for each family member. It has 2 bunkbeds, each with its own TV. There are 4 TV's in total. We rented it out last summer on RV Share and made over $10,000. We are including all of the bedding, kitchenware, towels, sheets, and new back-up camera. So, whether you would like to rent it out, or get in & go, it is ready!
She has some standard ware and tear to some of the vinyl (which is common for this years model), a few nicks hear & there, but is otherwise in great shape.
We were in the process of replacing the awning and arms, but did not accomplish this in the off-season. There is no awning. We priced the parts at approximately $2500. Current list price reflects this cost. Minimal damage to the battery door from prior owner. All maintenance is up to date. Generator has low hours and has been rarely used.
