This is an awesome popup with slide-out!

It comes with a propane tank, sway bar, sway bar hitch, jack pads, jack stands, wheel leveler, and wheel chock. We fixed several things that were broken when we got it: upgraded sink drain, updated grey water exit, upgraded drain plumbing, new furnace thermostat, improved sink access ports, new sink faucet, new motor in cartridge toilet, memory foam master queen, improved dining room hinges and seat panels, new propane line, new axle, new brake system, led exterior lights, led running lights, led interior lights, ceiling USB charger ports (3x), 12 V ceiling fan ports (x9), new low profile AC unit, and probably some other stuff I have forgotten by now. We also had the goshen lift system reinforced at a couple of weak points.

If you are interested, we have some clothing drawers that fit perfect (six drawers for six people), some other bins and an outdoor rug that fit just so in various spaces, and some sewer kits and other equipment we plan to keep, but if you want to buy them too along with the RV, we can work out a deal.

I looked at a few places and new pop up units are crazy expensive (in the neighborhood of $20k!) and new units seem to have broken items often on delivery! Junk. We worked thru all the issues we had, and are really happy with it - we love this thing and hope you might love it too!

Personal Note: Unlike every new camper, this doesn't have that chemical-y smell, and unlike used popups, this does not smell like mold or mildew. I have asthma, and it was literally the only popup we found I thought I could spend vacation in. Most pop-ups I couldn't spend more than a few minutes in! We have a family of 6, and we could not find a floor plan that could easily sleep all of us via a pop-up. We pulled it with a 2018 Honda Odyssey. I added a brake controller, hitch, and timbren rubber springs to the Honda and we had no issues. We even went thru the Teton Pass with it with no trouble! (Although I am not sure 10% sustained grades are good for the transmission or breaks on the van!) If you are pulling with a van, I recommend the elite series of Honda Odyssey's with the big transmission with their extra gears for better pulling, and better engine breaking.
