SLEEPING - Has one mattress in the rear bedroom, plus the dinette and couch convert to beds. The cabover area can be slept in as well if you bring a camping pad (the renovated cabover area is great for young children)
KITCHEN - Includes a sink, propane stove, 120V microwave, and hybrid propane/120V refrigerator/freezer
ELECTRICITY - Has two house batteries only a year old. When connecting to shore power, it has a 30A connector.
We're including our electrical management system (EMS-PT30X) for surge and high/low voltage protection, and a 15A->30A adapter to be able to connect the RV to standard outlets.
GENERATOR - Only has been run for 25.2 hours, runs great, supplies 120V power.
HEATING+A/C - Work great
WATER - Can connect to city water or use the water tank (43 gallon). Water pump works great. Our current filters are included. Water heater can run off of propane or 120v power.
PROPANE - 18 gallon propane tank.
FUEL - 55 gallon gasoline tank
WASTE - 33 gallon gray water tank and 35 gallon black water tank. We include the sewage hose. Note that the toilet has been replaced with a Nature's Head composting toilet. Liquid waste gets dumped out and solid waste turns to dirt. We include coconut fiber and compostable toilet paper to be used with the toilet.
CABOVER - We completely renovated the cabover area, replacing the floor, walls, and insulation. We added some netting to make it a great place for kids to play or sleep.
AWNING - The awning is brand new.
SCREENHOUSE - A full screenhouse (included) can be attached to the awning,
SLIDE-OUT - Adds a lot of interior space when parked
AUTO-LEVELING JACKS - RV can stabilize and level itself. The jacks can also be controlled manually. In addition to the automatic jacks, we're including a bottle jack and heavy duty jack stands for things like tire work
