Cleanest used Puma park model available. Very well taken care of with only ~1,200 miles. Purchased new - one owner. Non smoker. Currently using as a part time winter get away with office setup in spare bedroom.

All warranty items addressed by RV repair technician upon delivery and receipt. New RV's generally have initial warranty items needed as they are built quickly with little quality assurance checks, so some important repairs include awning replacement, under bed hydraulic fixed, half bath toilet valve replaced, re-calking around shower, faulty CO and propane gas alarm sensor replaced, outdoor kitchen fridge leveled, and AC units leveled (also serviced last year). I also have two (outdoor and master bedroom) Samsung smart TV's as well as upgraded Casper mattress that will be included with the RV.
