This exceptionally well-maintained fifth wheel trailer is a rare gem—clean and fresh with a spacious full-sized super slide-out. The oak-faced cabinets gleam like new, and the stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave have seen little use and look it. The bedroom carpet, including under-bed and dinette storage areas, is in near-new condition. Everywhere you look, this trailer reflects the kind of care that’s hard to find.
Excellent Condition:
New Tires with 4 MILES of use!!Completely smoke-free and never smoked in.Never occupied full-time and used very little - often years without use.Interior is in excellent to immaculate condition, with most areas showing minimal signs of use. The couch and dinette fabric are in immaculate condition.Full-size queen bed mattress was upgraded to a superior home-grade mattress. The proper extension was added to support the standard-length bed.32-inch flat screen TV is included.The original pillows and bedspread that came with the trailer are also included and remain in excellent, near-new condition.The exterior has never leaked—no rain intrusion or interior water damage.
Exterior Condition:
Cougar emblems are in good shape.Some exterior pin striping and corners show peeling but remains visually appealing.

New Tires driven 4 miles. Installed at Discount Tire then immediately driven and placed into storage.
