The 2023 DUNE SPORT TH18 is a top-of-the-line toy hauler designed for outdoor enthusiasts who crave adventure. With only 3000 miles on the odometer, this vehicle is practically brand new and ready to take on any off-road challenge. The DUNE SPORT brand is known for its quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Trailer weight is 4495 pounds. Payload is 2405 pounds (per labels). Tongue weight is approximately 750 pounds. My wife and I special ordered this camper in February of 2023 in anticipation of having a great travel season in 2024, which did not happen due to health reasons. We picked up the camper in early October 2023 in Mesa, AZ. Camped around the Southwest for a couple of weeks and came home. It has not been moved from the property since then.

This camper is ALL ELECTRIC and has no propane appliances, as my wife and I are sensitive to the mercaptan used to scent propane. It has 30 amp electric service, a 6 gallon electric/gas water heater (but there is no gas hookup), electric cooktop, microwave oven and an electric refrigerator. It has 400 watts of solar capacity with a 30 amp controller and a 2000 watt inverter. The solar will not power the air conditioning but it will keep the refrigerator running. We stayed at 7500 ft elevation with a low temperature of 28 degrees F and kept the camper warm with an electric heater. It does not have a heating furnace. However, it would be very easy to install an aftermarket heating system. Everything will run off of the included Westinghouse iGen 4500 generator.

It has 2 Twin XL murphy beds that have 10 inch memory foam mattresses. There is a folding table for dining.

Full diagrams of interior dimensions are in the pictures. The functional space between the beds when they are folded up is 64 inches. The length of the cargo space before you get into the kitchen area is about 118 inches (910). There are tie down anchors at the front and rear of the camper. The rear door opening is 7 ft tall.

The black, gray and clean water tanks are all at least 40 gallons.

The kitchen counter tops are Corian. It does not have an awning because I did not intend to sit around in campgrounds when I ordered it. It does have a full screen that pulls down over the rear door. No vehicle of any type has been hauled inside of it. Roof high enough to accommodate Side x Side or a golf cart. Easily haul an ATV or a motorcycle.

Title in hand. We paid $33,290.00 before taxes for the camper. The state valued it at $28,000 for our last property tax notice.
