It is a two bedroom with a huge bunk in the rear along with a queen bed. Great for big families or camping with friends. Kids love the loft/bunk but it is big enough for two adults. The rear bedroom also has a 1/2 bath and door access to the outside. The Livingroom couch and the dinette both turn into beds so it can sleep at least 10.
There are ACs in both bedrooms ducted through the rest of the coach. The kitchen refrigerator runs on AC or propane.
Outside, it has two large awnings, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ/mini fridge and plenty of exterior storage compartments for all your gear and equipment.
Original owner. Only used on occasionally on weekends, approx. 7 trips a year. It's very clean and in excellent condition.
