2 Bedroom, 1-1/2 Bath w/ Loft
This RV is ready for boondocking and dry camping with tons of solar and Lithium battery. It also includes a large amount of upgrades listed below. Why buy new and sink a bunch more money into it when you can purchase this RV ready to go for much cheaper.
It is a two bedroom with a full queen bed in the Master bedroom and a rv queen plus a huge bunk in the rear bedroom. Great for big families or camping with friends. Kids love the loft/bunk but it is big enough for two adults. The rear bedroom also has a 1/2 bath and door access to the outside. The Livingroom couch and the dinette both turn into beds so it can sleep at least 10.
There are ACs in both bedrooms ducted through the rest of the coach. The kitchen refrigerator runs on AC or propane. The water heater also runs on AC and/or propane. A propane heater is ducted throughout the coach including the underbelly.
Outside, it has two large awnings, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ/mini fridge and plenty of exterior storage compartments for all your gear and equipment.
Original owner. Only used occasionally on weekends, approx. 7 local trips a year. It's very clean and in excellent condition.
