2019 Jayco Precept 31UL with 3 slides and 32,762 miles. This RV is 33 feet long and is gas powered by a Ford V10 engine on a Ford chassis. It comes equipped with automatic leveling system, camera monitoring system, 1 ducted A/Cs and 1 ducted heat pump, 5500 Onan gas generator, power visor, electric/gas water heater, gas furnace, residential refrigerator/freezer with ice make and water dispenser, power patio awning, slide covers pass-thru storage with side swing baggage doors, black tank rinsing system, exterior entertainment center,3 TVs, booth converts to sleeper, day/night shades, convection microwave, 3 burner range, king size bed and lots of storage. The coach batteries are 1 month old and the engine battery is 2 years old. The rear A/C heat pump and microwave are also new. GREAT part of this motorhome is you can get to the kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom ,king size bed ,couch and dinette while all 3 slides are in!! Price has been reduced due to peeling on the couch. We were going to replace it but could not decide on reclining chairs or sleeper sofa. You can decide !! Captain chairs have custom fit leather covers. All decor changes can easily be converted back to original.
We flat towed a 2015 Chevy Equinox with an easy hitch system that is also available for a complete ready to go package.
