ABOUT US
We're a family of 3 but are now empty nesters with our daughter off to college. We're very close to retiring and want to travel more, visiting our beautiful national and state parks. We've gone through the evolution from back packing, to tent camping, to a truck camper, to a small Aligner (and then a larger one!), then finally to the Airstream (which has always been our dream). While I thought we were done, my wife wanted a slightly bigger Airstream (27') and with some reluctance, I agreed. However, with that we had to also get a bigger truck, our camping options are more limited as size becomes an issue, it's a little more cumbersome to pull, and of course, it's way more expensive than our 25'. We do like our 27' but in my personal opinion, the 25' is the sweet spot for Airstreams and we're sad to let it go.
