My family and I are selling our 2022 Grand Design Reflection 31MB. It’s been a really good trailer but we’ve decided to downsize. It’s always parked under cover and once or twice a year I apply a fresh coat of wax. I always inspect and maintain the roof before and after vacation. The interior is in great condition. The rules were “No shoes, no pets, no cigarettes” inside this trailer. We always monitored the humidity and adjusted accordingly. Everything works as it should. Original tires. Battery is 1 year old. Tankless water heater. Auto-level jacks. 3 slide outs. 1 owner.
This trailer has higher-end amenities, including beautiful lighting and a roomy living area. It has a stereo, DVD player, LED TV, electric fireplace and reclining theater seating for three. It also has a U-shaped dinette, and panoramic windows. The dinette folds down to a bed for guests to sleep on.
The kitchen has solid-surface countertops, an island with a double sink, a large pantry, microwave, oven, and of coarse a refrigerator with freezer.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe closet, drawers, and lots of extra storage space under and above the bed.
The Mid-bunk room is perfect for the kids. It has awesome bunk beds to sleep on and plenty of drawers for their toys and clothes. 
The bathroom has a spacious shower with tankless water heater, toilet, vanity sink and 2 mirrored medicine cabinets.
Enjoy the many outdoor features like we did with an electric patio awning, outdoor speakers, mini-fridge and tons of under-belly storage space.
