RV Description
This CoachHouse 272XLFS is 26’ - 6' long, 176” when base, 96” wide and 11’ - 6” heigh. It is built on a Ford E450 chassis with a 6.8 L Triton V10 regular gas engine and 5 speed automatic transmission. Two slides, one in the bedroom and another in the living space. It has a sleeper sofa for two, a walk around queen bed with underfed storage and a comfortable swivel chair.
The E450 has a generous 14,500lb GVWR and a 6,500lb towing capacity.
The suspension system has been heavily upgraded to improve ride and handling, including heavy duty anti-sway bars, steering stabilizer, rear trac bar and Koni Gold shocks. Tires are Michelin XPS-RIB LT 225/75R16, Load range E with a date code of 4021.
Outside is an awning and both slides have slide toppers.
Kitchen includes a three burner propane stove with flip up cover, convection microwave oven, 3-way refrigerator, propane, 120 volt and 12 volt. Six fans have been installed in the refrigerator’s chimney to improve cooling. It can hold the freezer below 0 F. A double basin kitchen sink allows for easy dish washing. Solid countertops and sink covers provide nice work surface. A slide out pantry, drawers and cabinets provide ample room for cooking and food supplies.
The bath has a porcelain toilet, sink with European style facet and a nice walk in shower with glass shower door.
The bedroom has a walk around queen size bed, a clothes closet with about a 3ft hanging bar and drawers. Additional storage cabinets above the bed.
The living space includes a twin sleeper sofa, a swiveling chair and the front passenger seat swivels around to provide another seat. A LCD TV with surround sound system and a DVD/CD player. There is additional storage space under and behind the sofa.
All interior and exterior lights have been converted to LED. LED light strips have been added in the main exterior storage bay, under the steps and under the awning.
