PRIVATE OWNER
This 2019 Grand Reflection 297RSTS Travel Trailer is in great condition. We are so sad about selling our trailer, after owning it for only 3 years and using it only 7 times. We unfortunately had some unforeseen family obligations that kept us lovingly grounded (becoming caregivers to my 92 y/o mother).

REAR LIVING ROOM: You'll love the rear living layout. There are so many large windows surrounding you, which provide plenty of natural light and stunning views of your surroundings. You'll enjoy a fireplace, large flat screen TV, pull out couch and plush dual recliners with heating and massage controls.

KITCHEN / DINING: The kitchen has a spacious center island, solid surface countertops, ample storage space and is equipped with high-end appliances. The dining area is equipped with a solid wood dinette table and 4 padded chairs (2 are foldable).

The best is.... there are two slide-outs in the living room/kitchen and dining areas which make the area extremely spacious.

OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT AREA: The outside entertainment area has a 40-inch TV, small refrigerator and a 2-burner gas stove. The large awning (with dimmable lighting) creates a shaded outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining, along with an amazing sound system which has selectable speakers both inside and outside.

BEDROOM: The bedroom is very comfortable and private. It has an upgraded queen-sized mattress (not RV sized mattress), plenty of closet space, and a convenient washer/dryer hookup. We have also added a 40-inch TV in the bedroom. There is a separate air conditioning unit just for the bedroom area, in addition to the one in the living room. Additional sleeping space is provided by the pull-out sofa, convertible recliners and there is enough room for another full mattress in the living room area which is ideal for families or groups of friends.

BATHROOM: The bathroom features a walk-in shower, plenty of storage and ample room to move around comfortably.

Grand Design is a quality brand and the Reflection 297RSTS is one of their more upgraded models, with an All-Weather Package and stylish features.
