I have a medical condition is reason for sale. My selling dealer added jack pads and washer dryer has all options including base coat clear coat. I had rv inspected by certified rv inspector i have report all checked good . The rv comes with full extended warranty there is a transfer fee which I will include in price lots of features will be happy to talk with you rv is always kept inside except for 1 trip rv is on ford f53 chassis 7.3 new stile gas engine. if add is up I still have it I am retired auto tech no problems with unit ready to roll
