2009 Renovated Keystone Springdale 291 RKSSR

Meet Betty!! Me and my extremely patient hubby lovingly renovated Betty in a neutral color palate with a modern farmhouse vibe. I love her layout spacious family room and kitchen area that can be closed off from the bedroom for added privacy for those late sleepers or afternoon nappers. This trailer has huge windows that makes it feel spacious and bright.

Betty has been our super comfortable home away from home when we have taken her camping, but she could also be a full-time home, a she or he shed, a mom or dad in law house, an Airbnb, or put in place while you build your dream home.

All the cabinets were hand sanded, primed and painted with 2 coats of a warm gray/beige. The walls were refreshed in a bright white. We also installed lightweight luan wood shiplap throughout.

I put a lot of thought when replacing our trailers original furniture. I wanted versatility. For example, the super comfortable sofa has a moveable ottoman you can put your feet up on and take a load off, or you can use the ottoman as a mini table while youre eating a snack and watching a movie. We have spent some lovely rainy days reading while enjoying a massage in the recliners. The antique cabinet between the recliners is perfect for storing your games, books or whatever you want.

To make more room in the trailer I removed 1 side of the U-shaped banquet, and replaced the table with an antique drop leaf table (with one side removed). You can seat 3-4 with the leaf down, or up to 6 with the leaf up (depending on diners size).

I love Bettys kitchen! Its super large for a trailer of this size. There is so much storage, and there is a lot of room on this custom-made butcher block counter. The built-in pot rack and in spice rack make cooking easy. Another added convenience is the pull-down kitchen faucet, which makes dish washing sort of fun. I also added a tilt out drawer in front of the sink to store sponges, etc. I also installed a wine rack in a previously unused portion of the upper cabinets.

The Bedroom is small, but super comfy. I replaced the mattress with a queen-sized mattress from the Custom Mattress Factory. There is lots storage room under the mattress. I removed the closet poles, and replaced with 3 drawer storage containers. The closet poles can be easily added back if wanted. The bedroom can be closed off by the bathroom door.

All furniture is included as well as most permanently installed items, i.e. spice rack, pot rack, entryway wall organizer, bedroom wall racks. I have not listed everything, so please feel free to ask if interested in
an item I may have not listed.
