This is the elevated kitchen model with 2 slideouts, 3 axels, 45 foot length, 2 bathrooms, fully optioned toy hauler with 12.5 ft garage.

This RV has 3 air conditioners, one of which is a heat pump that will all run simultaneously on the 50 amp service or the integrated generator. The advantage of the heat pump is that you can keep the unit warm on shore power without using propane. There are two 30 pound propane tanks.
There is a 100+ gallon fresh tank and a separate 5 gallon drinking water system. There are 87 gallons of grey water and 87 gallons of black water storage. There is a washer hook up in the 126 garage. There is a 12 gallon propane/electric water heater.
There are two 30 gallon gas tanks. One for the generator and one for the fuel station.
It has a massive hydraulic jack set up with auto leveling. You can lift the entire rear of the rig off the ground if you need to do wheel service with just the Jacks.

Plenty of room to entertain with a side patio accessed by a beautiful sliding glass door and the garage ramp that converts into a party deck. There are two lighted awnings that cover most of the passenger side of the rig and a third awning over the rear ramp/patio. JVC stereo with Bluetooth capability has inside and outdoor speakers. Side patio has its own TV as well.

The cozy living room has an electric fireplace, a four seat recliner couch with heat and massage and a large television with cable connection. The central vacuum system makes clean up a breeze.

The window at the head of the bed in the master bedroom offers a light, airy, panoramic view and is made of dual pane automotive glass. There is a King sized bed, his and hers closets, ample storage, TV and an adjoined master bath with full sized shower and sliding glass doors. Both bedside stands have 120 V, USB, and 12 V power that is continuous because of the 1200 watt pure sine wave inverter.

The kitchen is the amazing selling point with a residential stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, double sink, convection microwave and an unbelievable amount of prep space and storage. The refrigerator will run off the inverter when youre not hooked to shore power. There is a drinking water system separate from the fresh tank that provides water to the sink and refrigerator.

The garage is separated by a door from the main living quarters. This and the half bath in the garage provide privacy for guests staying in the back. In the rear living quarters (garage), there is a HappiJack system with a queen size bed and two facing couches that fold down to make an additional queen size bed. There is room for two additional guests in the loft of the living room.


There are three batteries to keep the inverter going for a long time when you are dry camping. It also has a 200 W solar panel to keep the batteries topped up when the unit is parked away from power. There are plugs and USB chargers everywhere.

All of the systems run off an app on your phone, including the hydraulic jacks, which is very handy if you want to stand by the truck bed and watch the height of the pin when youre hooking up.


Storage is not a problem! The bedroom, living room and kitchen provide an enormous amount of cabinet storage. The garage and basement area also have extra storage.



All of the water, electric, and waste systems are very easy to use and high-quality. It takes less than an hour for one person to winterize.
This unit tows amazingly well! You can drive it between two semis and it does not budge. Between the weight and the three axles it is incredibly stable. You need a Dually one ton, of course, as your tow vehicle.
This RV is equipped with a three camera system for driving and the monitor will be included in the sale. A tire pressure monitor (TST system) for all six wheels is also included in the sale with its own display that goes in the cab. Many other luxury amenities like hard wood cabinets and solid surface counter tops, heated tanks, WiFi booster etc everything you would expect in a top of the line toy hauler.
