Air Conditioner, furnace, on demand water heater, 20 gal fresh water tank. Can last a three-day weekend boondocking, and indefinitely on power and water in a campground. Is currently winterized and in storage. Aftermarket replacement full Queen-sized bed. Aftermarket bedding. Can sleep 4, but used for only a couple since purchased. All silverware, plates, cups, pans to cook for 2 people, single cup Keurig Coffee Maker, too much additional items inside this trailer to list, but suffice to say enough is here to camp comfortable including outside chairs, outside rugs, outside picnic table tent cover for rainy days, fire starter, etc. Equalizer hitch included.
