One owner 2022 Forest River XLR Boost 25LRLE Toy Hauler in excellent condition. 1/2 ton pickup towable. Front bedroom with door for privacy and a pass-through bathroom. The loading ramp converts into large rear fenced deck for entertaining or for keeping children and pets safe. It is equipped with solar package for off grid camping and a tankless hot water system. The garage area is large enough for motorcycles, golf carts or ATVs. It can sleep six, two in front bedroom and the garage converts into a twin bunk sleeping area. The height in the garage area is 68 inches with the top bunk up and locked. If the top bunk was removed the height in the garage area is 76 inches.

This toy hauler is under a lifetime warranty through Johnston RV Center, Decatur, Al. Regular annual preventive maintenance servicing has been done with Johnston RV Center and a copy of all maintenance records is available. The most recent maintenance service was done in 8/20/2024. Roof was cleaned, wheel bearings greased, and all seals and systems checked.

Also available is a Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Hitch - 10,000 GTW / 1,000 TW with full asking price. Delivery may be available, depending on distance, for an additional fee only after purchase is complete and title/tag transferred in buyer's name.

Reason for selling, purchased a 5th wheel and do not need two RVs. The RV is currently stored under a pole barn with power applied for the remainder of March 2025. In April 2025 RV will be for sale at the Eglin AFB resale lot without power.
