The only road miles on it are from the dealer to the RV Park in Elgin. It's in overall good condition and ready to go to a new home. We removed the sofa to use our two reclining chairs which we kept so you will need a new sofa. We also removed the dining table to place a desk for work which we kept so you'll need a new dining table. We have cats, so over the last 4 years, the cats used the window side valances and screens as scratching posts so these may need to be replaced. We removed the two queen mattresses as to be honest, the ones from Keystone were terrible, so you will need two queen matresses. I still have the original TV, but as I was using an LG OLED TV, I had removed the stock TV. When I went to put the stock TV back, I found I had misplaced the TV mounting bracket which I am looking for.Needs some TLC and new furniture as mentioned so it is priced accordingly.
