This 2004 U270 36' with one slide is a hard to find high quality coach in excellent used condition with 95K miles on the Cummins ISL 400 hp engine and 1425 hours on the 10 KW diesel generator. The 36' length and 11' 7' height allows for much easier manuvering on State and county roads and allows access to Federal and State parks.

The Interior boasts cherry cabinets with raised panel doors and plenty of storage, front living area with a jackknife couch, flat screen TV, euro recliner and engineered floor.

The kitchen area has solid surface countertops, double bowl stainless steel sink with water filter, 2 burner induction cooktop which makes it easy to clean, easy clean dinette, very efficient stainless steel over/under residential refrigerator, tile floor and tall compartment for broom, vacuum and mop.
