Cold-weather performance has also been upgraded, featuring a Truma VarioHeat system with ducted heating throughout the unit and most plumbing above the floor for improved insulation and reliability in low temperatures. The MDC XT12HR Off-Grid Extreme is built with detail, intention and simplicity in mind. Built on a galvanized steel chassis that is backed by a lifetime warranty, you'll never have to wonder if your trailer is tough enough for the off-road. Starting at the hitch, the MDC XT12HR is equipped with a D035 fully articulating hitch made by Cruisemaster, allowing the hitch to rotate freely in any direction, putting tension on stress on the hitch rather than your tow vehicle. Next to the hitch, there is a Ark 750 Jockey wheel which comes in handy for recovery situations allow you to move the trailer around and out of tough & tight areas. Around the corner, you'll see the beautiful and robust outdoor kitchen with a 3-burner Thetford stove, sink plumbed with hot and cold water, racks, and tables so you can cook delicious meals outdoors. To keep protected from the elements, there is an electric awning that cover your entry door and outdoor kitchen. This specific model has been upgraded to handle the cold weather better, with most of the plumbing from the water tanks running above the floor and the wet bay is placed behind a triple sealed door keeping it away from the cold.  Stepping inside the MDC XT12HR Off-Grid Extreme is a treat on its own. This off-grid trailer is designed for couples, with every detail and feature being intentional with little to no wasted space. Inside is a queen-size bed, dinette to sit 3 people, and lagoon table that can be removed to open the floor plan even more. In the bed area are outlets to charge your device, dimmable reading lights, and a window on each end of the bed so you can enjoy the view wherever you decide to camp! While this is a smaller trailer, there is no lack of storage for all of your personal items and gear, with plenty of drawers, cabinets, and even a wardrobe tall enough to hang all your coats, shirts, pants, etc.
