This 2017 Winnebago Grand Tour has low miles, it is in excellent condition inside and out. Built on the V-Ride axle sitting on a side radiator Freightliner Maxum Chassis XC Series with UltraSteer tag axle (only found in top tier coaches) which is fully integrated with tighter turning radius with ease and not only that but breaking is more secure and improves the ride and handling with control and precise maneuvering in all conditions, it has a fuel injected carburetor, Allison six speed automatic transmission with overdrive. It has two mega slides in the living room and two slides in the bedroom / bathroom as well as has 2 whole side 36’ awnings.

Your home away from home!

The engine, AquaHot and 12k Onan generator have all been serviced ahead of schedule as well as oil changes. AquaHot system guarantees endless instant hot water for showers, etc, New clothes dryer, fireplace, matrix TV system, antenna, and very comfortable king mattress updated within the past year. The full sized bed in the pull out sofa has only been slept on 3 times and we were told it is quite comfortable. DISH satellite system with Matrix for all 4 televisions. Exterior kitchen with mini fridge and induction cooktop plus additional storage. There is also an In Motion Winegard system. A King wi-if router system for an additional boost at RV parks. The main television in the living area is a very large 60” smart tv and is on a televator (lifts up and down with a touch of a button) there is a panoramic window behind it and a fully functional programmable fireplace below. There is also a fold out desk that stows away when not in use above the fireplace. The matrix system that controls all 4 TVs has been updated to the most current with a remote. Hidden TV’s in bedroom and full bath are mirrors when not use. You can enjoy watching TV while getting ready and showering while glamping. The large outdoor TV has only been used twice and in brand new condition. All of the furniture inside is Villa brand and beautiful- cream colored with dark brown piping.

This coach has never been smoked in and hardly cooked in, and it’s like new inside. The captains chair and cocaptains chair, both have heat and massage via remotes and recline so when you are stationary you can turn them around and have additional seating in total comfort. The sofa has recline with armrest as well as seatbelts while in transit for passengers but while stationary the armrests flip up and create a beautiful and comfortable sofa, there is also a very nice ottoman with storage that stows under the dining table while in transit.

The beautiful wood extendable dining table has two extra chairs that are included right next to the table in a cabinet. There is also a cabinet with a safe for your valuables and on the left is more storage for food etc. The dining table benches have storage underneath them, which is extremely handy as well as a plethora of storage above the sofa and table.

The floor is gorgeous cream marble tiles, and has the heating option via the Aqua Hot by using the touch panel screen in the hallway. All of the appliances including the clothes washer and dryer, two induction cooktop burners, (with a refrigerator and induction cooktop in the outside kitchen as well), full-size residential refrigerator as well as Fisher Paykel dishwasher have coordinating wood panels, multifunctional microwave / air fryer / convection oven as well as the central vacuum system work perfectly. We found that this floor plan is one of the best we have had three other diesel pushers, but this one in particularis prime for watching TV so you dont have to turn your head to view it like a lot of others. The fireplace is extremely functional, not only is it beautiful with several different colors and heat settings, but it keeps the chill out when you don’t want to use the other two forms of heat which is either the aqua hot that runs off of diesel or of course the electric heat option as well.

There is plenty of storage in the living room, kitchen (pull out pantry with extra storage cabinet below) bedroom (11 drawers, as well as hidden storage on the sides of the TV ) and the main bathroom is the best we have seen which has a very large closet, large vanity with double sinks, washer and dryer and a full closet. The shower is large with a removable teak floor, and a fold down bench, it is extremely comfortable like you are at home. The two toilets are porcelain push button flushing toilets - one in the main bathroom and one and a half bath, the half bath is beautiful as well.

There is a touchscreen panel in the hallway that controls the slides, aqua hot, heating and air conditioning, lighting and electric shades, plus more, throughout the whole coach. There are also touch buttons throughout the coach to manually open and shut the electric shades and turn on and off the lights. We will pay to transfer the warranty to the new owner instead of taking a refund. It is a great piece of mind and if you’re buying it from us instead of a dealer, you wont have to pay that extra $14,000 that we paid. It is a great warranty with ZERO deductible or copay! Seems hard to believe, but its true! As long as they are a licensed mechanic, no problems at all. ALL appliances, electronics/electrical, engine, generator, Aqua Hot etc is included - there is also a special warranty where the tires are included under certain circumstances which was an additional plan we purchased. The tires were just replaced two years ago as well as the house batteries.

Power reels for hose and shore power cord. We are very happy with this coach and will be very sad to see it go but we just dont use it as much as we thought we would. We will be offering this for sale by owner where you can get your own loan or pay with cash before we have it consigned at a lot.

The title is with Bank of Ozarks If we have no choice but to have it consigned on a lot is the warranty will not be transferable unfortunately the dealer will not allow it.
