This is my 1983 MCI MC9 that was converted in 2018. It is registered as a motorhome, and does not require a CDL to drive.I bought it mostly completed. It has a 30a hookup for power, and a solar arrangement. 800w on the roof, and 750ah of lead acid batteries. It uses a 3000w inverter/charger. The bus runs and drives well, but will need a once over at a shop. The drive axle tires need replaced, and the tag are starting to show some cracking. The steer tires are good. Water works. It has grey, black and freshwater tanks. Heat is currently as a wall propane heater in the living area, and an electric space heater in the bed room. I was going to install diesel heaters, but never got around to it. I can include them if you like.It is powered by a Detroit 8v71 with a 5 speed manual transmission. The air system does have some leaks, but once she is aired up, she hold just fine. This is not by any means a pristine coach, but that is also why I am letting it go for so cheap. It holds heat very well, and keeps the cold out just as well! It drives like a dream, and floats along. This would make a great tiny home!
