RV Description
I have a Jayco pinnacle for sale thats in excellent condition. Everything works as it should and is in excellent condition. I upgraded the hitch to a Reese goosebox although i still have the original if you want. 40’ total, loaded weight is 15950lbs, 4 slides w/slide toppers, two power awnings, residential fridge and microwave, 3 burner stove top and oven, couch pulls out to a bed, 58” flatscreen, functional fireplace, two recliners, 4 person dinette, dual A/C units, dual ceiling vents, one ceiling fan, porcelain foot flush toilet, good sized shower, new tankless hot water heater, queen bed with storage underneath, flatscreen in bedroom, washer/dryer prepped, good amount of space in the closet, auto leveling, newer tires. I have spent over 600$ on the roof and many hours prepping/cleaning, going over every seam with 4”/6” eternabond tape, and then two coats of 100% silicon roof sealant on the roof (should never need to mess with it as long as you have it).
