very warm fireplace, Wired for solar but no solar panels on the unit Outdoor refrigerator in a sealed compartment. Dual  propane tanks. Two gray water tanks! Outdoor shower, hitch on rear bumper.   Power tongue jack!  

this was only used 6 times. The unit is immaculate and sitting in our driveway!
