– Slight crack in the plastic in the overhead fantastic fan exterior cover

– Slight crack in the plastic in the bathroom vent fan

– Slight damage to middle solar panel (still functioning) [due to hail] – (est price $200 / est labor: 1.5 hrs)

– Missing cap for water intake (est price: $5 / est labor: none)

Mechanical Issues

– Grey tank valve occasionally needs a little manual push to close

– Occasionally, the passenger-side awning may need to be retracted manually

– Passenger step motor needs to be replaced (~$500 replacement)

Interior Issues

– Pullout drawer missing damper/lock mechanism

– Manual pull handle for engine hood needs to be reconnected

– Freezer pull handle needs to be replaced

– Freezer rails could use optimization

– Slight damage on driver’s seat (minor rip in faux leather)

– Slight lag on the overhead storage compartments (may need an extra screw or two)
