We purchased this beautiful camper in September of 2023 and took delivery in November. It is in like new condition. It made one trip to the Florida Keys which was cut short, and a few local trips. In total, it has been used about 22 days. We are selling because we've purchased a Newmar Class A. We added a GenY gooseneck hitch which improved the already excellent towability. If the standard fifth wheel hitch is preferred, we still have it and can provide it with the camper. We also purchased extra shelves for the pantry. Apart from those two additions, the camper is in like new condition.

We are located in Floyds Knobs, IN just a few minutes from Louisville Kentucky. The Brinkely was purchased through our local dealer and serviced there. There was a recent recall for wiring to the refrigerator. This latter VIN required the lesser upgrade and that was completed by the dealer. We have the original professional RV inspection report that we had completed prior to taking delivery on the Brinkley, which indicates the excellent build quality of these units. This is a great floor plan with the bunk room that doubles as a TV room as well as an office space.

The mattress in the Master BR has not been used, as we replaced it upon taking delivery. It is a very high quality mattress, but we prefer something more firm. We've removed the aftermarket mattress and placed the new OE in place.
