This RV was used in a full time manor and so the rear bunk mattresses are not there and would need replaced to use the beds since it was used for storage previously. The sofa was replaced with a  beautiful and comfortable standard sized sofa bed and the dinette was removed and replaced with a table and bench seats. There was a second A/C installed with direct power wiring and you will see the cut in the flooring near the right hand lower corner of the slide out- the floor is in solid shape (no soft spot). This RV has been used and we are willing to consider offers. Everything in it works as it should all the appliances. propane system, and water system have been checked and it has been PA inspected for safety. You will also get to see these items working in a show and tell if you wish to do so upon settlement. It will have a fresh PA state inspection as well upon the purchase. With its modifications its a really nice trailer and the exterior is equipped with vinly skirting snaps already if you would intend to use it in a permanent manor which is a few thousand dollar value. Power patio awning, exterior speakers, outside kitchen with bumper mounted grill, outside shower, stabilizer jacks pass through compartment storage and more. On the inside you have nice solid surface counter tops, undermounted sink, stainless steel appliances (microwave/oven/refrigerator), foot flush toilet, tub/shower combo with skylight over head, vanity with medicine cabinet in the bathroom, storage tube on the front end of the trailer and square storage bumper on rear and more!!
