This model is a 1.5 bath with many upgrades; extra large 60 lb. propane, new TV's and stereo / navigation, new master bed mattress, all LED lighting etc. All tires replaced February 2024, we change all fluids and filters and other maintenance on schedule as we farm and have a large shop to maintain our equipment. Every winter in AZ we have the RV hand waxed and when not in use it is stored in our climate controlled farm shop.
