RV Description

26' Cougar rear kitchen. Used for project manager to supervise jobsites in the SE US. $6,000 HVAC upgrade to Houghton (the best money can buy) dual 15.5k units WITH heat pumps. Almost silent, there's no better option. Loveseat was showing wear so half was removed, other half is in very good shape. You can easily add a love seat bcak in, but the Euro style recliners are a m,uch better option. Dinette removed to create shelving for laser, transit, blueprints, hard hats etc. Used by a superviser so never got dirty, but the dinettes are being phased out for a reason - they're uncomfortable and the storage was insufficient. You could add a dinette back but there are infinite options to make much better use of the space. Priced to sell fast thousands under others of the same model and year- but there are two areas I want to make you aware of. All RV's in this category use styrofoam floors and styrofoam can soften over time. In front of the bathroom and kitchen sinks, these floors are soft. You do not need to fix it but you will notice. You can simply cut a hard floormat out of sanded plywood (I recommend that in any rv knowing what I know now). Also, there are a few small holes in the awning from debris landing on it when it was extended about 12 inches. I can patch the holes with awning tape or you can get a new awning. A few drops of rain will make it through the holes but only in a couple spots, you can still grill under the awning and enjoy being outside in the rain for the most part. I could repair these items and list it for market but a) it's not necessary unless you want it to look and feel brand new and b) I need the money sooner than later to pay for tuuition. I'm selling everything to pay for some more school. I know, exciting....The rest of the RV shows some signs of use, there is a $4,000 mattress slightly trimmed to fit and I added washer dryer supply lines (professionally installed just liked the HVAC units). There is no TV but the unit that came with it lasted about 6 months, which I hear is par for the course. For a full price sale I will include a brand new in the box high end TV- it's the one I got for my house and I've never seen a better picture.Any questions call, I listed all the bad so you won't b e suirprised. I've included a lot of extras including a $400 surge protector (a must for most if not all campsites) . There is also a $800 weboost range extender that I will include ( see pictures).
