Just under 23' makes this class B the longest in it's class but not too long to occupy a city parking space. The RV has never seen snow nor salt and therefore has no rust whatsoever since it is rarely used only from Spring to Fall and always polebarn garaged when not in use. Mileage is great at 20 miles/gallon and 13 miles when towing my 3 horse trailer. The Mercedes diesel engine is a beast with plenty of power that we went on a horse camping trip through the great Appalachian Mountain region. The RPM while climbing those steep mountains while towing our 3 horse trailer and horses never exceeded 3600 RPMs yet I still got 12 miles/gallon. This is a well cared for and serviced RV and drives like a charm with 3 cameras that will monitor your driver and passnger blind spots activated by the turn signal, the 2nd is a backup camera and the 3rd camera monitors traffic behind you full time.
