This Coachmen Aurora Select Series 3480 DS Class A motorhome is in good condition, mechanically sound, everything works. It is built on the Ford F53 chassis, known for its durability. It’s is 35’ 6" long. 

 The refrigerator is newly rebuilt, new cooling unit, upper control unit, thermal fuse and heating element.

The engine is strong Triton (6.8L V10) only 61k miles.

The hydraulic jacks, both AC's , furnace, generator, water heater, and slides have all worked flawlessly for me.

I just drove it up from AZ last year without issue. 

The frame is virtually rust free as this RV was in Arizona until last year.

 The tires are in great shape and only have about 3k miles on them but are going on 6 years old. They have always been covered when outside.

 I resealed the roof last year, and every other year prior and the roof has never leaked since I bought it in 2018. 

With a little TLC this RV will be a great starter full-timer for you. Low to high retail is 18k to 21k.
