Fifth Wheel Fit for Full Time Living- Winter Proofed for North Idaho.

We try to build and purchase items with non or lower toxic yield and make choices to avoid risks of mold and water damage.

INCLUDES:

-Wood Stove Professionally Installed in slide-out with ability to remove for off seasons. Will include storage bag for chimney.

-Mini-Split Professionally installed for more efficient Heat and Air Conditioning source.

-Electric Fireplace.

-Propane Heat.

(We installed wood stove and mini split for primary heat sources to cut back on propane and electricity costs as well as keeping moisture down in the winter to avoid mildew.)

-A custom built bunk bed with extra large drawers for storage in the bunk room. Fits small children probably ages 2.5-9 years old. Custom Organic Latex mattresses with organic cotton covers included.

-A loft that fits a twin or full mattress for an older child. Mattress not included but you could also use this space for storage or kids play area.

-We do have a deck for it we built we could include if wanted- would need to be disassembled to take with you.

-Master Bedroom fits queen or king bed. (Mattress not included)

-Smart TV in Master bedroom.

-Very efficient Splendide separate washer and dryer in Master closet.

-Custom picked (Not stock) furniture purchased with extra storage drawers and cubbies, and ability to rearrange easily.

-Custom Cedar accent walls and extra shelving installed where space was previously wasted.

-Full Sized residential Refrigerator. Larger sized RV oven (not residential but fits 9x13 dish and dutch oven)

WATER HEATER:

-Tankless On-Demand water heater-goes up to 122*

-Outdoor Shower head

-There have been no fragrances used, no cats, and there has been no smoking in this fifth wheel (We do have two dogs.)

And more! Please feel free to ask questions! We've made this fifth wheel cozy and comfortable to live in as our family lived in it for a little over 1.5 years. We were stationary on two different properties and the fifth wheel has hardly any miles on it, just moving it to the two local properties.
