Bearings repacked in Nov. 2024. Living room slide skiis were just replaced and slides were checked to make sure everything was working properly and road ready for new owners. Also just replaced the pressure relief valve and anode rod in water heater. Comes with custom RV skirting to help keep things warmer and drier in the winter/cooler in the summer. Also comes with bedroom slide topper, RV Lock keyless entry, solar panels, inverter power, tire covers, X-Chocks, wheel chocks, heated water hose, all water and drain hoses, and nearly everything you need inside to function - pots/pans, dishes, Keurig, Waterdrop water filter system, portable dehumidifier, quality queen bed and Samsung smart TV.

We've loved this rig because it really does feel like a home. It's light and bright, has plenty of storage, an electric fireplace that keeps the place pretty warm without having to kick on the propane furnace, and as RV furniture goes, the couch and recliners are more comfortable than most RV's we've experienced. We love to cook, so the fridge size and how the oven/stove functioned were big pluses. And the large kitchen island provides some separation of living areas and a lot more functional space when working in the kitchen. We're simply at a point in life where we aren't going to be as mobile for quite a while, which is why we're selling.
