This is a 2016 Cougar X-Lite 28RKS. 1-Owner and smoke free! Weve had many adventures with it but in the past few years with a growing family we just havent been able to find the time and Id love to see it find a home who would like to see the country with it. We are the original owners of this trailer, and it has never seen an accident. It has always been pulled easily and never abused on the road. Any maintenance items it required through the years have always been addressed and often fixed better than from the factory.

We bought this trailer in 2016, and we absolutely loved the functionality of this floor plan. They still make this floor plan but there were some things they did on this unit that I dont believe they do the same in the newer unit. Ive tried to list all of the features below because there are so many! This trailer has been treated as a member of our family (as seen by its name on the front nose, Celine). I could easily take it to a dealer but would much prefer to work with the next owner to pass down the history and features so this trailer can continue to have great adventures ahead of it!

Standard Features:

- Ground Control 3.0 Autoleveling jack system

- Polar Package including a fully enclosed and heated underbelly with valves.

- 60lb. Propane (2x 30 lb bottles)

- Black tank flush

- Standard RV Fridge/Freezer that can run on either gas or electric.

- 5-Gallong hot water tank that can operate on gas or electric.

- Wireless remote to operate jacks, slides, and awning.

- Outdoor shower.

- Leather Pull-out sleeper couch.

- Leather reclining theater seating.

- Bench kitchenette that converts to a smaller bed.

- 42 TV w/ aftermarket Samsung soundbar.

- Outdoor propane hookup located just beneath outdoor kitchen (Ive used this for a camp chef stovetop or outdoor firepit several times).

Upgrades include:

- Mor-Ryde Rubber Pin Box - (Ive tried others, and this is by far the smoothest and most comfortable way to pull a fifth wheel).

- Newly refreshed suspension with Mor-Ryde CRE3000 travel arm and new brass leaf spring bushings and greaseable bolts.

- TPMS which can be monitored going down the road from inside the truck.

- Jack leg stabilizer system on the front and rear jack legs that is the most solid movement support system I found and doesnt require any breakdown when moving other than loosening the wing nuts.

- Induction cooktop for the outside kitchen. (This has actually never been used, but I thought it was better than the conventional camping cooktop that the flames always blow out on).

- Brand new awning material just replaced!

- Progressive industries build in surge protection system. (This is one of the best on the markets and is completely built into the trailer).

- 2nd roof top A/C unit only 1 year old over the front bedroom.

- Fifthwheel Cover (Ive taken the time to cover this trailer over most of the winters of its life).

- 10 Memory Foam Mattress (This was a major upgrade from the standard Keystone RV mattress).

- Upgraded residential faucets in kitchen and bathroom.

- Upgraded steps to include 4-steps so the younger kiddos dont have a problem climbing in.
