The kitchen has a 23 cu ft residential fridge with ice maker, large pantry, double sink, convection microwave, and 22 oven with 3 burner stove. The living room has a Lazy Boy sofa/sleeper, 2 recliners, desk with file drawer, electric fireplace with 1400W heater, and 40 TV. The bath has a 48 tub/shower, Bessel sink, porcelain sink, and liner closet. The dining table extends with 2 leaves.
4 Season Package includes 40,000 BTU gas furnace, 13,500 BTU rear A/C with heat pump ducted throughout, and A/C in front, 3 ceiling vents (2 w/fan), and the fireplace heater. It is very well insulated and includes dual pane windows.
This RV comes with Dexter axles, MORyde suspension and pinbox, and Goodyear Endurance tires. It has a large pass-through basement with additional storage underneath. Capacity is 80 lb of propane, 84 gal fresh water, 82 gal of gray and 41 gal of black water. GVWR is 15,995 lb. We had 14,450 down the road. 38 long and 13 6 high.
