My 2024 ROCKWOOD A122S has camped for 4 dry nights nearby as a test run, which went very well given that I've been using a 43' DRV Fifth Wheel for so many years. However, I've now bought a house and stopped camping. It has been garaged since new (being able to fit in a garage is a MAJOR bonus) and is in exceptional condition as you would expect.

It's lightweight, so can be towed easily by many vehicles using a normal hitch. With only 120 miles traveled. this almost brand new model is ready to hit the road at MASSIVELY LESS than you will be able to find one at a dealership.

What I particularly like about it is how quick/easy it is to pop up and down, the queen bed cooker, fridge/freezer, excellent air conditioning/heating, and dining area that very quickly converts to another queen bed. It has LOTS of extra's as follows:

* Spacious cargo box at the front and a sliding in/out cargo tray at the rear.

* Solar panel, radio/CD with interanl and external audio.

* Twin propane bottles and batteries - both easily accessible.

* Outside BBQ which fits on the side of the trailer.

* Spare wheel, 4 x stabilizer jacks, powered jack and footpad on the front, and the standard wheel if you prefer that.

* MaxxHaul heavy duty Trailer Dolly inc 12" Pneumatic Tires - move it without hitching up.

* A heavy duty 30 Amp power with 2 cables (the second being for extra long pitches).

* Water pump/heater, sink, refrigerator/freezer.

* A 'Jack-it' carrier fitted to the front which easily holds 2 x e-bikes or normal bicycles.

* Outside shower hose and canopy/screen.

* Unused (still boxed) TraveLoo portable toilet and new bottles of treatments.

* 8 x Heavy duty rubber jack pads and a wheel chock
