The 2019 OUTDOORS RV MANUFACTURING CREEK SIDE 21 DBS is a rugged and reliable travel trailer great for families with the rear double bunk configuration. You could reasonably sleep 8 people in this thing (though a few would have to be on the smaller side) though I'm not sure you'd want them all hanging out inside simultaneously given the relatively short floorplan :-). The lower bunk flips up creating a large storage "garage" space that's accessible from the exterior through a large hatch (part of this space is occupied by a battery bank though). Tows well with most 1/2 ton pickups, though you'll probably be near your axle load limits if you fill up on fresh water. some sort of load leveling and anti-sway system is probably a good idea (I have an Equal-i-zer hitch setup I can include, which worked very well for me).

These are made in Oregon and I don't think they're sold new in the eastern half of the US. It's definitely built to a higher standard than most of what comes out of Indiana. This thing is not the lightest option for its floor plan size but it's very overbuilt, has a huge fresh water tank, and can handle some 4-seasons boondocking. Previous (original) owner purchased it in Idaho and moved it out to the east coast.

Has a number of upgrades/extras including:

Locking generator box (fits most 2kW inverter generators)

Deep cycle AGM battery bank with 2kW inverter (can even power AC unit for modest amounts of time)

Additional solar panels (I believe a bit over 300W total now).
