Great condition due to regular maintenance that has kept this awesome camper in top condition since purchased with an extended warranty (for which there is almost 2 yrs left that can be transferred to you). It features a Ford E450 Triton V-10 engine, powerful enough for driving through mountains but smooth enough that it's like driving a regular truck. Includes heavy duty, hydraulic breaks. Safety cameras around (rear and ones on each side mirror when blinker turned on), and Bluetooth connection with after market phone and GPS hookup.

Perfect size for a couple or small family because of the electric slide out that goes the length of the entire camper from behind driver seat to master bedroom. It adds awesome space to the camper so even with 4 adults and a couple of kids, youre not cramped. Sleeps 6 comfortably with the master queen bed, above cab full bed, pull out full sofa bed and, you can squeeze two little ones into the booth bed too to take it to 8 if need be.

Other features include plenty of counter space in the kitchen, a 4 burner stove/oven, an oversized microwave, a double sink, and oversized fridge with ice maker (elect/propane); A nice booth table with storage above and underneath; big bathroom with oversized shower and porcelain potty; 3 yrs new, queen mattress in the master bedroom and tons of storage. So many features outside too including a huge electric awning, a TV & stereo speakers, a huge storage area that swings open, outside shower, and more. It has a great generator so if you want to boondock you can. We love the auto leveling system and the electronic gauges for all of the tanks.
