The 3100RD is a remarkable opposing slide unit that provides a fabulous rear living layout. The ultra reliable "rack and pinion" slides were a major selling point for us. As you'll see below, this unit is well cared for and has significant upgrades.

:: Upgrades performed by the dealer
- Paint protection applied (NanoCure) - 7 year warranty
- Road Armour Shock Absorbing Equalizers - installed
- Road Armour Wet Bolts (greasable) and Shackles - installed

:: Owner installed upgrades
- ProPride Hitch (their newest configuration) - comes with the unit (see photo)
- ProPride "lot bar and locking plate" - that allows towing without the ProPride stinger (see photo)

-- ProPride hitch replacement cost is over $3,500 not including the "lot bar and locking plate"

- Wheel bearings - I've had the wheel bearings re-greased each year and have the receipts

- Folding chairs (oem) for the dining table
- Hughes power watchdog 50 amp surge protector - comes with the unit (see photo)
- Solar panel 165 watts - I have one additional matching panel (not currently installed)
-- when installed and added with the currently installed panel, the unit would have a total of 330 watts
- Waste slinky and connectors
- Hoses for water
- Tire Linc TPMS system - the unit comes prepped for installation
