Our family's beloved 19 foot (23 foot external length) Travel Trailer is out for sale. Kids grew up and moved to colleges by now. Therefore we dont need it anymore. It is in a great condition and perfect for a family of 4 (with an additional 2 sleeping spaces).

I (a Google engineer) am the first owner of this travel trailer. Bought it at the beginning of 2020 for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Note that it was manufactured at the end of the 2019, right before the COVID. Therefore was well made and avoided all the parts shortages COVID introduced. We used it 2-3 times a year. Rest of the time it was stored under a cover in our front yard. Will not hide anything from the buyer and tell all what I know about the unit. Let me know if you are interested and you will have plenty of time to inspect and familiarize yourself with the unit.

I made several improvements projects on this rig, that will make your travels more comfortable. The improvements include: Lithium 100Ah battery, 30A Solar Charge Controller and 400w solar panels, 500w 110v battery powered Inverter (to connect 110v appliances during dry camping), Pre-Pressurized Water Tank to keep the water flow uninterrupted, additional lockers to avoid incidental cabinets opening during travel.

The trailer was regularly maintained. The roof resealed. Wheel bearings inspected and lubricated.

The dry weight is 3895 pounds (gvwr/max weight 4766 pounds). Many SUVs are capable of towing this trailer. We have a Honda Pilot Touring (as an option we can sell it too).

The fridge works from electricity or/and propane. The propane option is very convenient to keep groceries cold while on the move.

The trailer has a queen bed for 2 adults, 2 bunk beds (300lb max weight each) and a convertible sleep option for 2 additional guests. 6 sleeping spaces in total. It has a bathroom, shower and external shower.

Includes fridge (propane/electricity), microwave with convection oven, furnace , AC, automatic thermostat, solar installation, water pump, heater, 12 volt TV, power jack, winterized with tanks heating, small safe box, original tiers in a good condition (with full size spare) would last another 10k. It has 2 storage areas. Passthrough in front and under bunk beds.
