This is a perfect trailer for easy storage due to its size, but yet not small inside due to the slideout. It needs nothing and is like new inside and out.

Purchased in 2019 and was parked in the back yard of the original owners home until 2022, when I purchased it. The original owner became ill and was not able to travel. I've used it a half dozen times during the restoration of another trailer, which is now finished.

This trailer is a 21 foot bumper pull with double axles, electric tongue jack, weight distribution hitch and four corner manual leveling jacks. It also has 4 newer tires dated the 15th week of 2023, and four new powder coated rims and a new battery. Everything functions as it should. The electric slideout dinette provides more interior room and converts to a second bed. The electric awning is in excellent condition and functions perfectly. It has air conditioning, two sources of heat, microwave, 2 burner stove, stereo system with inside and outside speakers and a decent size refrigerator. The interior is clean and still has that new car smell. This is a nice trailer with mostly Dometic brand appliances and amenities.

I've kept it parked in a carport. It does not have any leaks or water intrusion. The fresh water tank and holding tanks are clean and have been serviced appropriately and regularly. It's ready to go camping.

I've removed the generator and rear cargo box for use on my renovated fifth wheel. These items were not original to this trailer. The generator was a Honda eu3000 which should not be difficult find and easily bolted to the tongue of this trailer.
