A rear kitchen and living space slide out makes this Riverside RV Retro fifth wheel very spacious! The kitchen area in this model is unique because there are very few units with a rear set up. Added fold down counter/cutting board for more food prep area. Lots of storage space inside and outside. Comes with a TV in the living area and in the bedroom. Full size bathroom with plenty of room to get ready and with lots of storage. Nice sized shower with added soap/shampoo dispenser to save space and convenience. The bedroom a queen bed fit for a king. Upgraded newer memory mattress. Under bed storage is huge. Added carpet in the living area for warmth and comfort.

Power roof vent w/rain sensors, come rain or shine you will not have any leaking in your recreational vehicle. A/C works great and keeps you cool and comfortable on those hot summers days.

We lived in this unit while building our house and traveled a lot in it as well. We loved every minute and were always comfortable and worry-free.

There was an awning that was removed after the wind destroyed it, we rarely used it and chose not to replace it. There is damage on the rear side due to being scraped on a gate/fence.

We also have a 2012 Ram Longhorn that is available as a package deal if you want. The truck will not be sold alone. It is optional if you purchase the trailer. It has 205k miles diesel dually. I love this truck! Add $20,000 if you want it with the trailer.
