Stored in garage last 1.5 years, in covered storage previous 1.5 years, previous owner kept in barn. Brand new upholstery on theater seating, brand new custom leather seat covers on cab chairs. In last 3 years - 6 new tires, TPMS added, roof serviced, HVAC serviced, Slide serviced, generator serviced, surge protection added, replaced LED awning light strip, DEF tank replaced, coach radio replaced, dome over shower skylight replaced, replaced all 3 TVs. New coach and chassis batteries just before we bought it 3 years ago. Rear bed can be configured as two twins or a king. Bed over cab could be used by one or two children. Theater seating area is a slide out. Three TVs - living area, bedroom and outside. Propane for heat, generator, 2-burner stove and on-demand hot water heater. Refrigerator is propane or 120 VAC.
