RV Description
We are the original owners and the coach has been garaged when not in use. We are selling it because we can no longer RV due to age. It is in excellent condition and a vehicle history report showing no faults is available. It has a Thuma hot water system, generator, hot lead for a tow car, permanent jack pads on the jacks, awning, a drop-down bunk with memory foam topper and a battery minder watering system. The driver side slide is almost the length of the coach. All systems are accessed via a control panel in the coach. Henderson's Line Up installed Koni shocks, a rear Trac Bar, a rear sway bar, large radius rods on the front, large rear u bolts and the Safe-t-Plus steering control system. The coach is serviced regularly and service records are available.
At an additional cost are Blue Ox tow kit with car protector, Rvi brake system, step down hitch, gas barbeque with tank and metal table. We are throwing in as part of the sale: an add on 50 amp electrical cable 20 feet long, surge protector, 110 and 30 amp connectors, 50 feet of coax cable with winder, custom bunk sleeping bag, sewer hoses parts and chemicals, 3 water hoses with parts and connectors and a box of toilet stuff and accessories as part of the asking price.
