This is a long description because this amazing RV is worthy of it. We are selling our like new Reflection 311BHS because we are expecting a new baby and have no plans to use it. This is our third Grand Design and this floor plan is perfect for a family. With 4 slide outs, the space really opens up even during rainy camp days. We have added a ton of options included in the sale which are listed below. This camper is washed and salt awayd after every trip. It has been hand waxed with Collinite No 885. The hardwired EMS surge protector gives you piece of mind. Every drop of water run through this RV has been filtered and pressure regulated. No need for this unit to rot in storage when it could provide adventures for another family. We have taken her to Michigan, Tennessee, and multiple trips to Disney. While this RV is 37 feet long and 14,000lbs, it is a breeze to tow.

We ordered this unit new from Palm Beach RV with all of the options, specifically a 2nd AC , booth dinette, and dual pane tinted windows. It comes equipped with a 12v 16cuft fridge, and 370watt solar panel, tankless water heater, a 74 gallon tank for fresh water (which is several days with showers and dishes), a 2inch hitch receiver with power, Goodyear tires with aluminum rims, a fireplace, heated and messaging recliners, and more.

Truly a 4 seasons RV as you will note that all of the plumbing including the drains are routed inside the enclosed and heated belly. The tanks even have heating pads.

As stated, we added a few things. The hitch is a 20k Reese Goosebox ($2,000) which connects to a goose ball in the bed of the truck. It has a built in airbag and two shocks which smooth out the ride. It is amazing. This is the only hitch that maintains the Lippert frame warranty. The Factory 5th wheel pin box will be included. Installed a new group 27 interstate battery in December. We installed a Progressive Industries 50 amp hardwired surge protector ($300), Snap pads for all 6 jacks ($200), a screen defender, screen door grab bar, a Renogy 2,000 Watt Inverter and automatic transfer switch ($500), a soft start ($300) for the main AC to allow us to run the AC off of a Honda EU2200i generator, and yes it works perfect. The bunk room pullout couch is also available, just removed as pictured. We will also include all essentials such as a fresh water hose, pressure regulator, fittings, 50-30amp dog bone, 30-15amp dog bone, etc. For the RV we are asking $67,500.

We will also be selling our truck if you are interested in a package deal. Its a 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie, with the 6.7L Cummins Diesel, 4x4, 81kmi, Black interior with Leather, Nav, air conditioned seats, etc. Its a Laramie. We installed Air Lift Airbags and the B&W Gooseneck Turnover Ball. Just mounted the new Michelin Defender LTX Platinum tires. There is a roll up leather bed cover when not towing. This truck and RV is a perfect pairing, even the colors match. More importantly, they are adjusted and ride level down the road. If interested in package deal, we are asking $100k.

Save some money and avoid the RV dealers. Save yourself the hassle of a new RV purchase and buy ours.
